Trust and security

Whose money it is, and where it sits.

Taking money over a counter means holding someone else's money for a short time. These are the controls that apply to every operation.

Controls

Payout runs on integrated rails

Each transfer is executed on the destination rail and confirmed with that rail's reference, MyNITA in Niger today. A reseller's wallet is separate from the money we hold for payout.

Resellers are identified

Every reseller registers with a national ID or passport, and is approved by our team before a wallet is activated.

Limits and review

Per-transaction limits apply, and every transfer is verified before it is executed. Limits are set by us and communicated to resellers, not published.

Everything is a record

Wallet lines, transfers, orders and their references are all stored in our system and can be reproduced on request.

Voucher codes are single-use

Each code is generated once and delivered sealed. Once a code has been exposed or delivered, the sale cannot be reversed.

Reporting a problem

A reseller raises a dispute with their field agent or the support line; failed transfers are refunded to the wallet.

Regulatory status

Our licence and regulator details will be published here once confirmed by the company. We do not claim a status we cannot show.

Money and security

What happens if a transfer fails?
A failed transfer is refunded to your wallet with its reason recorded. You never carry a failed operation yourself.
Can a voucher sale be reversed?
No. Once a code has been exposed or handed over, the sale is final; that is why codes are delivered sealed.
What does the family need to collect?
Their MyNITA mobile-money account, or the details given at the counter. The recipient's name and number are entered when the transfer is created.
