FAQ

Questions we get most.

For senders and families

How long does it take to reach the family?
Every transfer is verified and executed in our system, then confirmed with a MyNITA reference. We do not publish a guaranteed time, because we only promise what we can prove.
Which countries can the family receive in?
Niger today, through MyNITA. Nigeria is in progress. We announce a corridor only when it is live.
What does the family need to collect?
Their MyNITA mobile-money account, or the details given at the counter. The recipient's name and number are entered when the transfer is created.
Can the family receive cash instead?
Payout goes to a MyNITA wallet, and can be taken as cash on the MyNITA network in Niger.

For resellers

What does it cost to become a reseller?
No joining fee. You fund your own wallet, and that balance stays yours; it can be spent on transfers, airtime or voucher cards.
How do I earn?
On transfers you keep a share of the fee you collect; on vouchers you buy below list price. Everything is credited to your wallet and visible in the portal.
Do I need internet all day?
You need mobile data to confirm operations. The portal is built for low bandwidth and small screens.

Money and security

What happens if a transfer fails?
A failed transfer is refunded to your wallet with its reason recorded. You never carry a failed operation yourself.
Can a voucher sale be reversed?
No. Once a code has been exposed or handed over, the sale is final; that is why codes are delivered sealed.
